2. Introduction to ClickShare

Power button
The button at the front of the Base Unit has a power on/off function once the Base unit is p owered.
When the system is powered on, a pus h makes the system to shut down and power off.
When the system is s hut down, a push triggers the system to s tart up.
Auto reboot
Every 24 hours the Ba se Unit checks if it is in standby for more than 2 minutes. If so, the Base Unit reboots. When it is in use at the
moment of reboot, it postpones the rebo ot until the m eeting is nished and the Base Unit is in standby for more than 2 minutes.

Button functionality
By default, the ClickShare Set comes with two Buttons. A B utton c ontains three main functional com ponents.

Handle the Button cable w ith care. Ro ugh handling might cause defects.

Using the USB c onnector the Button can be plugged into a laptop (for sharing your screen) or in t he Base Unit (for pairing the Button
to the Unit or updating its software).
Button
Click th e Button to display the c ontent of the laptop’s screen o n the meeting room display. Clicking the Button during the meeting
will toggle the sharing of the screen.
